SCADA

This is the ultimate operator interface. Based on an industrial or standard desk top type personal computer, the heart of the system is a specific software package which runs on various operating systems. We have utilised Siemens WinCC, Rockwell RSView, Citect, GE Fanuc and Wonderware. The AMOT package offers all the graphical tools needed to compile interactive windows to suit your process operation requirements. In addition to providing 100% data integrity, it also delivers:  Object orientated graphics, allowing the design of impressive displays to the customer's requirements.  Real time and historical trending, allowing the display of real time or historical data in graphical form with time and date stamping.   Alarm management, allowing alarms to be sent to display screens, printers and files.  Reporting, allowing customised reports for management to be produced containing real process information.  Security: users can be assigned both individual and group rights; an audit trail lets you track and record operator actions.  Relational database support: share data with databases using OBDC.  Main frame communication, using Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol.  The system allows for multiple SCADA nodes to be installed throughout the plant. AMOT's solution will give your operators, via the SCADA system, complete visibility of all monitored parameters throughout the plant with determined control of that plant offering the ability to react fast to ever changing situations within the process.

HMI

Offering you the choice of operator systems interface. From a basic two line text display of conditions and what to to do next text statement, to a fully interactive touchscreen full colour operator panel displaying plant and package conditions, analogue graphs, condition trending and historical reporting including printing and downloads. Access levels can be controlled so process timer setting can be changed or the next level to re-range sensors to chaning conditoins or to allow full software change access. The choice is yours.
